This EP is made up of three unpublished songs that I wrote during a very specific period of my time in Berlin. During those years I was going through difficult situations in my personal and creative life. Today I can say that these events have been great teachers and the beginning of an internal journey and personal growth. These songs came from a place of hope and solace, but somehow they could not find their place on any of the albums I've released since then.
During this time, deep and lasting friendships also grew, which, like music, have been my support and vital energy.
These songs were mainly made with them, with my friend Simon Houghton, who composed the instrumentation for Sonnenallee and Growing in the Dark, and with Pablo Castagnola and Gianpaolo Camplese who accompany me with their sound on guitar and drums on the song We Will Find Ourselves Again, with the double bass of Simon Houghton.
After years of inner work, chronic pain, listening to that pain, and being thankful for what I learn from it, I want to release these three songs as a way to honor the paths we create. Also because during this process I remembered the child I once was. And the exact moment when I discovered that singing was my refuge and that with it I could move other people.
I would like these songs to be a reminder that what we were is in essence what we are today, and that this internal flame that arises from purity in each one of us, full of truth and creative force, will always be alive.

Este EP lo conforman tres canciones inéditas que compuse durante una época muy concreta de mis años en Berlín. Durante este tiempo estaba transitando por situaciones difíciles en mi vida personal y creativa. Hoy puedo decir que esos sucesos han sido grandes maestros y el inicio de un viaje interno y de crecimiento personal. Estas canciones surgieron de un lugar de esperanza y consuelo, pero de alguna manera no habían encontrado su lugar en ninguno de los álbumes que publiqué posteriormente. En este tiempo también crecieron amistades profundas y duraderas, que como la música, han sido mi sostén y energía vital. Estas canciones fueron hechas principalmente con ellos, con mi amigo Simon Houghton, quien compuso la instrumentación de Sonnenalle y Growing in the Dark y con Pablo Castagnola y Gianpaolo Camplese quienes me acompañan con su sonido en la guitarra y batería en la canción We Will Find Ourselves Again, con el contrabajo de Simon Houghton.
Después de años de trabajo interno, de dolor crónico, de escuchar ese dolor y de agradecer lo que aprendo de él, deseo publicar estas tres canciones como una manera de honrar los caminos que creamos. También porque durante este proceso recordé a la niña que una vez fui. Y el momento exacto cuando descubrí que cantar era mi refugio y que además con ese canto podía emocionar a otras personas.
Quisiera que estas canciones sean un recordatorio de que lo que fuimos, es lo que somos hoy en esencia, y que esa llama interna que de la pureza surge en cada uno de nosotros, llena de verdad y fuerza creativa, siempre estará viva.
